Technical / Suspected Root Cause Investigations found that traffic on the backhaul from the MPS was significantly lower than expected. Working with IP Access Engineering we identified QOS profile config added to the VSI interfaces on the MPS switches as part of CRQ000000041018 which should not have been present. Removing this resolved the issue. Â
