    Summary
It has been reported by several areas with talktalk that users and customers are still unable to login to Mailzone to view Onetel emails. All users with a Onetel email address are affected by the outage. Users will receive an error message A Fatal Error Has Occurred.

    Latest Update This incident has been passed to ISP to investigate. However due to it being a weekend this will not be picked up until within business hours Monday.

    Latest Update Our Online communities and Transcom sites have advised no further issues of this fault have been reported. MIM has reached out to ISP to confirm if any corrective work has been performed to restore service.
