Users cannot open up any existing CPS/IDA CLIs in the portal, they cannot view or make changes to any existing numbers. After entering the CLI to search, the page displays the error message "Web service error occurred while performing search

    Latest Update The OSS Applications support team identified that the CPS Secure FTP client was not responding due to a corrupted file. The file was removed and the FTP client is now working as expected. Retests have been requested
