Latest Update NOC monitoring were advised of an issue wiht an NGA Cable link being DOA, causing loss of service to two newly live customers with 23 more customers due to be made live in the next few days. Investigations found that the fibre was not connected up to the expected interface on MPS2. An FE was tasked who found the fibre had been connected to MPS 1, where it appeared to have been ordered for. This was connected to MPS 2 via patch panels in the two footprints restoring service. This incident will now be closed. Â
