Openreach-Openreach - NGA Network maintenance - FTTC & FTTP - Multiple locations :: CRQ000000047432
We have been informed by our supplier that they intend to carry out maintenance within their network. The purpose of this work is to carry out network development.  During the maintenance window you may experience one period of outage to the maximum specified below. As this maintenance is not under the control of TalkTalk it may not be possible to reschedule it and we have provided all the information that we can.
Detailed Description of Request: 
 Planned Engineering Work – notification of service upgrade of Huawei Network Elements.
This is to advise all NGA1 customers that Openreach will be upgrading its network over a 4-day period; to commence on 07th Jan 20. The upgrade will take place on a nightly basis between 00:01 and 06:00 hours and complete by 10th Jan 20. The NGA services impacted will be FTTC & FTTP based circuits.
