Latest Update Our NOC team have advised that a TTT Field engineer has been requested to visit site following an initial Openreach investigation was unable to find a fault. No ETA has yet been provided, however as soon as we have any further updates; we will advise. Â
Technical / Suspected Root Cause Following confirmation from our NOC team, we can now confirm that a TT Field Engineer attended site and found that some equipment were incorrectly cabled. Engineer corrected and tested OK with NOC. Due to this, the incidents will now be closed. Â
