    Latest Update Our NOC and B2B team have confirmed that they have not received any further reports. This incident will remain open for a little while longer for monitoring purposes.

    Technical / Suspected Root Cause Following communications from NOC we have been advised that Net Support cleared the tunnels to TCM to resolved but he left the tunnel for NGE01.GLA so that JTAC can further investigate the issue. This incident will therefore close.
