    Summary
    It has been reported that WFTTC, WSMP and WMPF customers are not authenticating NGE001.TCM. Customers who are not authenticating will experience a total loss of data service.

    Latest Update Our Network Support team have advised that they have cleared the tunnels on the affected NGE to TCM. Juniper engineers are currently investigating NGE001.SBY. As soon as we have any further updates, we will advise.

    Latest Update Network Support have escalated the case with Juniper engineers who have suggested a change may need to be carried out to provide a permanent fix. However as the impact for this is currently low, and with the change freeze currently in place, these would need to be carried out once the freeze has completed.     Latest Update Network Support have now advised that they are testing some new configurations on a non production NGE which the Juniper engineers have suggested to resolve the stale sessions. Once they are confident the config will work, it will be added on all NGE`s. Due to this as soon as we have any further updates, we will advise.

This activity is currently sitting with IP Engineering also Juniper have also confirmed that this is a PR (PR1429715). They advise that this will be fixed in 18.2R3-S2, which is the next targetted release for TT. Please await further updates.
