Summary We have received reports from the Network Engineering team that there is an issue at the Milton Keynes data center whereby they are seeing network traffic being switched between two gateway routers every few minutes. This is said to have started at about 01:00 (10/01/20). The issue is currently being investigated with the vendor Juniper.N/A

Technical / Suspected Root Cause Network Engineering workaround has been implemented according to Juniper`s advise, however, there is some work that needs to review to minimize the impact and also how we are going to re-insert a switch or migrate the services to another group of switches.This will take a bit of time as we need to involve other team who is in charge of the servers in Milton Keynes. This incident is resolved and passed to problem management for full root cause. Â
