Summary Trend analysis observed an issue at Coventry Greyfriars exchange whereby some customers may have experienced a total loss of their services between 16:30hrs yesterday and 06:30hrs this morning (30/01). Any affected customers may have been unable to use their Telephone, TV and Internet services for the duration of the outage.
