This is impacting the following products: GEA (FTTC (including Gfast), FTTP (including Fibre-on-Demand), GEA Cablelink , SOGEA / SOGfast , LLU MPF and SMPF, tie cables and PoP delivery , Access Locate PoP delivery , WLR (PSTN, ISDN2, ISDN30) , Ethernet: EAD, EBD, Cablelink, Street Access, CCTV access, Broadcast Access, WES/WEES/BES (repair only), TDM Access Service , Optical (OSA and OSEA), ONBS , Dark Fibre X (DFX) ,Mobile Infill Infrastructure Solution , PIA: verification, acceptance and completion of network adjustment orders , New Sites.

As a result of the extensive Government restrictions across the UK, due to the COVID-19 situation Openreach previously made a national MBORC declaration. We’ve been able to remove the national MBORC for the majority of product and services across the UK. (MBORC removal notification of 30 June 2020 refers). However, Openreach’s day-to-day operational activities still remain seriously impacted by the COVID-19 situation across the UK. In a number of areas, we have also seen significant impacts from the recent severe weather which has compounded the situation. Due to the complexities in recent months, recovery in these areas has been particularly challenged.
