Technical / Suspected Root Cause Network monitoring by the NOC identified poor light on a cable link at Western causing loss of data services on some NGA customers, further investigation by NOC showed the cablelink had dropped light. Openreach NGA team advised planned works on the exchange. Link has been stable since the planned works ended. This incident will now be closed. Â
