We're needing to do an emergency update on our ''EU' SIP2SIM service. This may impact calls and SMSs for a couple of minutes from noon on Wednesday 8th April. Sorry for the short notice.
This is happening now.
All active SIMs were updated by 12:05 on 8th April. UPDATE a small number of SIMs had been miss-configured by the carrier as part of this work and have needed manual intervention. This has caused problem with calls for some customers. We do apologise for this and are working with the carrier to identify and correct the configuration.
We've have had it confirmed from the carrier's engineers that they have corrected the issue on the SIMs & the whole estate has been checked. - We're verifying this with the affected customers.
