Early this morning one of our VoIP servers failed and we moved all traffic over to the second one. This is not normally customer affecting as phones re-register to the working server. The faulty server is being replaced this morning.
Unfortunately we're needing to reset the working VoIP server as SIP2SIM registrations are failing. This will happen shortly, and will disrupt calls in progress. We do apologise for this. UPDATE: 10:47 this has been done
SIP2SIM services are now re-registering
The faulty VoIP server is back online.
