CGI have advised that due to performance issues being seen on Netezza today, some FLASH dependent jobs are still pending. This is due to the fact that the queries executed in them not fetching the required data. This is impacting on DWH data loading and 50% of the ETL Load has been confirmed as incomplete.

Latest Update MIM, DWH Operations and IBM are still on a conference bridge working through. IBM have advised a reboot of the Netezza database service is required to restore service. This is impacting the delivery of business critical reports. The following reports are impacted: Dimension , Fact, Package, product, Supplementary Services, Order, Orderline, Prov CMD, Online & handset, Car. An outage period of 30 minutes will be experienced during the reboot of the service. Impacted users have been advised of the downtime outage while works are completed. The service restart commenced at 15:00 Â
