Technical / Suspected Root Cause NOC responded to iManager alarms and identified OSPF neighborship down between sites. NOC focused on BES backhaul circuit BTBE500917. NOC shut and un-shut the corresponding interfaces on this Openreach circuit. It responded to UP state and neighborship re-established and service restored successfully. Â
