Starting 22nd May we will be starting an upgrade to our LNS routers. This involves us moving lines overnight, using the preferred time as set on the control pages as a basis. This will be ongoing over the next few of weeks, impacting a small proportion of customers each night with a PPP drop and reconnect. Depending on your equipment this could be anything from a fraction of a second outage to a few minutes. Thank you for your patience.
