    Summary
Trend analysis has detected that a number of FTTC customers connected via Dartford exchange are experiencing a loss of service. Affected customers will be unable to use their data service. Impacted Exchange Codes: LSDAR

    Technical / Suspected Root Cause Openreach have now confirmed this issue was related to a power issue at Dartford exchange. An engineer attended site and repair work was carried out. Service was restored as of 04:49hrs (29/05). This incident will now be closed.
