We're investigating a problem with some voip calls not working.
This problems seems to be affecting incoming calls to phones that register to our service. Incoming calls that are routed directly to customer servers by SIP are working and outbound calls are still working.
The problem is either relating to a half-working RADIUS server, or a database problem - we're still investigating
Calls should start working again now, customers may need to force their phones to re-register though.
Calls started working and then stopped. However, we should be working again as of 10:18.
We do apologise to those who this affected. The problem was caused by an update yesterday that resulted in introducing a problem with how we store phone registration status. This meant that not all our severs knew about the registration status of phones, which meant when a call came in not all our serves knew where to send the call to, and this resulted in calls failing.
