    Summary
    It has been reported from our small business team that retention details are not coming through to salesforce from dise. Usually CS30 0001 are raised in DISE normally then the ETL runs and uploads them into Salesforce. We have not had any of them since 2nd June. These are CPS Pending Cease events and would normally be sent to CUSTLOST in DISE and Clearanswer retentions queue in Salesforce. This means we have no visibility of these customers intending to leave so can`t complete any retention activity or cancel them. This could be a potential bill after cease issue
