Summary Network monitoring has identified that a number of boradband customers at the Leyburn exchange experienced a loss of service between 14.17Hrs - 14.18Hrs (20/08). Technical / Suspected Root Cause It had been identified that outage was in relation to an Openreach fault. RFO sent to Openreach for problem management to follow up. This incident will now close. Â
