    Latest Update Our NOC have confirmed that all FTTC traffic has been moved to npe1.sou port via neighbouring exchange Portsmouth to alleviate the issue. Restoration work continues. An update will follow upon receipt of more information.

    Latest Update Investigations are still on going further updates will be issued once we have them.

    Technical / Suspected Root Cause Loss of BT 10G circuit caused loss of data service reliant on it. These were moved away from to a couple of resilient circuits available via a neighbouring site by NOC to restore service while BT troubleshoot the fault. BT later confirmed a faulty SFP at their NTE at Southampton had caused the issue.
