Technical / Suspected Root Cause Loss of BT 10G circuit caused loss of data service reliant on it. These were moved away from to a couple of resilient circuits available via a neighbouring site by NOC to restore service while BT troubleshoot the fault. BT later confirmed a faulty SFP at their NTE at Southampton had caused the issue. Â
