Good Morning, This change is being actioned to maintain network resilency. Thie change will impact NNIs at the NGE002 at London Harbour exchange, we cannot provide a list of the NNIs on a standard commuication which is why there is no attachment for you. If you do not have NNI connectivity at London Harbour, you will not be impacted and if you do but utilise shadow VLANS, you will have resiliency.

Detailed Description of Request:
This software upgrade is necessary to ensure we operate a fully supported and reliable network. As with all software upgrades; this includes fixes for some code defects; but also bring in additional features which allow TalkTalk to improve monitoring; increasing visibility of the network; and therefore allowing us to provide a better service.
