Latest Update Voice flex have advised that all SIP services should now be restored, we have reports of the portal not accepting changes to routing of numbers which is currently being worked on. Further updates will be provided once more information is received. Â
Latest Update We have requested the latest update on this issue from the Service Assurance Team who have access to the Voiceflex portal. An update will follow upon receipt of more information from them. Â
Latest Update The Service Assurance Team have advised that Voiceflex have confirmed that the vast majority of problems related to yesterdays outage have been resolved, an RFO will be provided once RCA has been completed. They have seen some problems relating to portal responsiveness and a small number of routing issues this morning relating to yesterdays outage. The Service Assurance Team have had further reports today of a total loss of service, so this incident will remain open until fully resolved. Â
Technical / Suspected Root Cause Our Service Assurance Team have advised that Voiceflex have now confirmed this incident to be fixed. The issue was caused by a local fire at their premises. As this is no longer impacting customers, this will now be closed. Â
