We have been informed by our supplier that they intend to carry out maintenance within their network. The purpose of this work is to carry out network development. During the maintenance window you may experience one period of outage to the maximum specified below. As this maintenance is not under the control of TalkTalk it may not be possible to reschedule it and we have provided all the information that we can.

Talk Talk Upgrade remedial works for Flexi Filter Service supporting
BT SOUTH HARROW (FF) (CAL0340871) - LWSHAR
o support the 10Gb Flexi Filter for Talk Talk - BT SOUTH HARROW (FF) (CAL0340871) - LWSHAR - fibre testing and possible hard splice introduction (to improve losses if found) is required in the ODF. Engineers will arrive on site at 23:45 Hrs in advance of a midnight change start to open an existing joint and test for losses - services sharing the joint may lose service - the splicers anticipate a maximum of 3 hours outage for shared services - a 6 hour slot has been requested to ensure success.
