    Technical / Suspected Root Cause NOC identified circuits still down after planned works, planned works were to deinstall NPE002.BER, TTT engineer was sent back to investigate who found the fibre cassette for the MSANS was disturbed, this was rectified and circuits back online. This incident will now be closed.
