    Summary
    We have been made aware that a number of users are experiencing intermittent issues when attempting to log into the Salesforce portal as it pings up a proxy error. This affecting assurance cases being logged / managed via SRUI, order management as new orders cannot be placed/managed. This can also affect billing if the portal cannot be access for applying / removing bar’s, creating disputes, requests for credits.

    Latest Update Preliminary investigations are underway with our engineers to determine the root cause of this network incident. At this stage we are unable to issue an ERT until our engineers have completed further diagnostics.

    Technical / Suspected Root Cause It has been reported from the requester after a retest that issue is no more and all is working now.
