Summary We have been made aware that a number of users are experiencing intermittent issues when attempting to log into the Salesforce portal as it pings up a proxy error. This affecting assurance cases being logged / managed via SRUI, order management as new orders cannot be placed/managed. This can also affect billing if the portal cannot be access for applying / removing barâs, creating disputes, requests for credits. Â N/A
