Network monitoring has detected that FTTC customers connected to multiple exchanges in the West of Scotland are experiencing a loss of service. Technical / Suspected Root Cause NOC monitoring identified BT backhaul down, fault reported to BT, issue cleared before their investigations. 2 fault raised due to 2 circuits going down at exact same time, one fault BT claimed fibre disturbance by engineer on site, second they claim known incident at Hamilton. This incident will now be closed. Â
