Latest Update Investigations identified that the Virtual Network cards used on the associated VM servers seem to have reset or lost connectivity. This currently seems to have caused the default network card to be used which was not configured in the routing, hence the firewall rule sopped allowing traffic. Enterprise network team restored service by adding a temporary additional rule which restored service since apprx.11:45hrs. Investigations are ongoing in the CGI Wintel level 3 engineers into the VM/vSphere logs to try and identify the cause of the issue. Â
