Technical / Suspected Root Cause We have been advised that FE attended site and there was no power to 3C0M. He removed the plug from the emmsion AC supply unit and put it into the rack power. This brought the 3COM back up. We checked the device and could see session through different ports. As all circuits have been restored this incident will now close. Â
