    Summary
    It has been reported that some agents have identified an issue whereby NGA and TAM testing are experiencing latency in Portal and Supportal then impacting FMS testing with time outs. Agents in transcom are also reporting latency of up to 20 minutes, then signposting error/no result at the end.

    4½ years ago

    Technical / Suspected Root Cause Communications with partners and teams within TT have confirmed all tests are running normally. Robotics queue is also reducing. This incident will therefore close.
