Summary It has been identified that agents are intermittently reporting issues with the availability checker on the TalkTalk business website. When searching for addresses agents are presented with and error stating "we`ve had trouble with this address." After trying an hour later using the same criteria the system resolved with the correct results. This is impacting sales as agents are unable to progress with the order. Â N/A

Latest Update Following investigations by the CGI support teams, it was found that this issue appears to be an issue at Openreach side. For the impacted example checked, the data was missing from Openreach and requires investigation from them on why this may be. The Openreach Support Desk have been engaged to look into this.
