Detailed Description of Request:
This software upgrade is necessary to ensure we operate a fully supported and reliable network. As with all software upgrades; this includes fixes for some code defects; but also bring in additional features which allow TalkTalk to improve monitoring; increasing visibility of the network; and therefore allowing us to provide a better service. This change is part of a programme of work to upgrade all NGE’s across the estate to the new version of software.
