Summary It has been reported by API and Projects Team that some partners are currently experiencing FTP login issues. When partners are logging on using their FTP username and password, they are being presented with an error message of âThe connection was closed by the server: Logon was successful, but the server has encountered logging problems. Only administrators can connect at this point.â This is preventing partners from extracting billing information, CDRâs, Fraud feed and Automated KCI/Order updates. Latest Update Examples times that the intermittent errors were observed including username have been provided to out infrastructure team to investigate and check the associated logs on the FTP server. Further updates on the progress of the analysis will be provided on feedback. Â
