Summary It has been reported by the Assurance Team that all agents are currently unable to raise new faults through Openreach Siebel. When attempting to do so, an error message of âError updating business component at step SBL-BPR-00187â is observed. This is preventing the team from being able to raise Partner faults out to book Openreach engineers. Technical / Suspected Root Cause Following a request of a screenshot of the error from Openreach, the reporting team have now confirmed this issue is no longer being seen. This was also working as expected over the weekend and is believed to have been a momentary issue on Friday (11/12). No known issues were reported by Openreach. This incident will now be closed down. Â
