Summary It has been reported by multiple teams within TalkTalk that NGA and TAM tests are taking longer than 10 minutes to complete. In most cases tests are failing and displaying a timeout error stating "Line test has been running more than 5 minutes". Agents are currently unable to assist customers as there is no workaround. Technical / Suspected Root Cause Root cause has was attributed to no free disk space on the server EMPGWY4IR2. After tidying up the server and creating space users have confirmed TAM and NGA are working BAU. Â
