Latest Update Openreach field engineers have arrived at the affected exchange with investigations to the root cause now underway. At this stage Incident Management is unable to issue an ERT until our engineers have completed their diagnostics. Â
Latest Update Following corrective work implemented by engineers we now believe that this fault has been rectified. We are currently performing testing on the network and with end users to ensure a resolution has been reached.
