Technical / Suspected Root Cause Conference call was concluded between Pega Operations and MIM. During investigations, the Pega Ops team identified an issue with the NotificationQ agent which is responsible for updating cases within NSOM. Pega Ops restarted PWPEG00005/6 listener to restore service. All services were confirmed restored as of 10:06. Salesforce Delivery confirmed all services are processing as expected.
