    Summary
    Orders placed in sales force are not currently progressing, This is affecting all inflight orders and new orders placed 08/02. When the orders are progressing through from MyNet to salesforce they are getting stuck and cannot complete. INC000100041777

    Technical / Suspected Root Cause Conference call was concluded between Pega Operations and MIM. During investigations, the Pega Ops team identified an issue with the NotificationQ agent which is responsible for updating cases within NSOM. Pega Ops restarted PWPEG00005/6 listener to restore service. All services were confirmed restored as of 10:06. Salesforce Delivery confirmed all services are processing as expected. PBI (PBI000000007102) raised into delivery for permanent fix solution
