Overview of Work	This migration activity is part of the overall Access Network Transformation Project (ANT); The ANT project is necessary to deliver continuous and sustainable growth across the TTT access network and is part of the wider network brilliance programme.
In order to implement the new Access Network (ANT) there is a requirement to migrate the MSAN MPF; SMPF and FTTC (Business and Residential) traffic onto the ANT Topology. 
We will be moving both Residential; Business & Reseller PPP Traffic from all MSANs/DSLAMs at this exchange onto the new ANT Topology and onto the NGE for subscriber termination via pseudo wire head end termination. We will also migrate all services carried over an FTTC Cable link (DHCP; PPP and EoFTTC) onto the ANT Topology.
We will be moving FTTC customers terminating at this exchange onto the new ANT Topology and onto the NGE for subscriber termination. We will physically move the BT Cable link from the EX4200 to the MPS Device in the Metro Exchange. 
For EoFTTC Services carried over the FTTC NGA Cable links at this exchange will be migrating these off the legacy and onto the new ANT Topology. Service termination will be moved from NPE/NGE to the MPS. 
We will use automated migration tools (HPSA) to cease the service on the Legacy Network and re-provide the service on the ANT Network. This provides a safe method to migrate and allows us to collate an accurate service inventory post work.
This will migrate customer connectivity from the existing exchange switch to our new metro switch; and path traffic up to the NGE via PWHT (pseudo wire headend termination); making the PPP Service resilient. 
PPP/MPF & SMPF Customers will lose their Broadband session for the duration of the move. This is anticipated to be less than 15 mins per customer. 
FTTC Business & Residential customers will be migrated from the existing exchange switch to our new metro switch; and path traffic up to the NGE via PWHT (pseudo wire headend termination); making the FTTC Service resilient. 
FTTC Customers will lose their Broadband session for the duration of the move. This is anticipated to be less than 15 mins per customer. 
Both Residential and Business FTTC and EoFTTC Customers will be impacted.
