    Latest Update Currently some TTB Data solutions customers (EFM / EOFTTC) are experiencing a loss of service Preston, Doncaster & Glasgow . Reports have also been received for Multiple MSAN alarms impacting voice services for customers in the North West and southern Scotland areas. Network Core Operations completed a routing engine switchover at 17:08hrs for a Juniper NGE device in Preston which restored the authentication issues for impacted customers in the North West. A further routing engine switchover was completed at 17:17hrs Juniper NGE device in Edinburgh which restored the authentication issues for impacted customers in Southern Scotland. Investigations are ongoing with our Core Network Operations team in regards to the cause of the issues experienced and also the recent Voice impact reported.

    Latest Update Almost all services have been restored, there are a small number of Data Solutions EFM and EoFTTC circuits still down (Approx. 40 in total). In regards to the previously reported Voice impact, investigations have confirmed that this related to a meta alarm management issue and not a fault with voice services. Our IOC and Network teams are continuing to progress and resolve the remaining number of Data Solutions issues. Investigations are ongoing with our Optical Engineering team in regards to the root cause of the issues experienced.

    Latest Update Almost all services have been restored, there are a small number of Data Solutions EFM and EoFTTC circuits still impacted (Approx. 30 in total). These services from investigations completed so far are believed to be up and working however they currently do not have resiliency. Our IOC and Network teams are continuing to progress and resolve the remaining Data Solutions issues. From investigations completed so far it is believed that majority of service are up and working for these customers. However work is ongoing to bounce the associated circuits to restore resiliency, and If any are identified as having no service they will be rebuilt as a priority.

    Latest Update The final Data Solutions (EoFTTC) customer circuit without service is currently being restored. All other services are up and running. Our IOC and Network teams will continue to progress (bounce) the remaining associated circuits to restore their resiliency throughout the night. A further update will be provided on confirmation that all clean-up activities have been completed and resiliency restored.
