    We have had a few reports of incoming SMSs to 07 numbers that we provide not being received. We are investigating this with the mobile carrier.

    SMSs from the 02 network are affected, and 02 are investigating this further.

    Update: This isn't quite correct - this problem is affecting 07 numbers that were previously with 02 and had since been ported to our service.

    We apologise for the inconvenience this incident is causing some customers. Our carrier is working with the head of interconnect and roaming from O2 UK in order to help solve this issue faster, but unfortunately, O2's SCCP carrier hasn't been able to identify and fix the routing problem over the weekend. Updates to follow.

    Telefonica have escalated this with their third level support a short while ago, but have not provided yet an ETR for this incident. We continue to chase

    We had previously said that this was a problem with SMSs from the 02 network - however, this was incorrect information. The problem is affecting some 07 numbers that had originally been on the 02 network and had since been ported away from 02. It is difficult to pinpoint which numbers will see the problem as we've noticed some numbers receiving their messages and later the same day experience failures.
