A number of calls dropped, and SIP registrations were lost, at around 12:54. We are investigating the cause.
Calls were further dropped at around 13:25 - This was caused by human error whilst we were investigating the initial problem - we do apologise for that. We're still investigating the initial problem, and hope to have no further dropped calls. Updates to follow.
We are seeing normal levels of calls and phone registrations now. At the moment we're running on just one of our VoIP servers rather than the usual two. We are expecting to replace the failed hardware this evening.
VoIP service is operating normally, but on reduced resilience. We'll leave this status post open until our 'B' voip server has been restored, which should be this evening.
The device was fixed and bought back in to service after a visit to the datacentre.
