We have a a problem with a 3rd party API that is preventing us from requesting changes to the activation of DATA SIMs. We've reported this problem and are awaiting a fix. In the meantime, if customers need DATA SIMs suspending or activating then we can do this manually, please get in touch with us support@aa.net.uk
