    Summary
    It has been reported by our TTB assurance teams that agents are unable to raise new faults via the Openreach Siebel portal due to testing timing out in the process of raising a fault. This will mean that for the duration of this incident agents will be unable to raise faults to engineers at Openreach. This will delay fault repair times, cause a poor customer experience and potentially cause complaints from customers. INC000100063988

    Latest Update Preliminary investigations are underway with our engineers to determine the root cause of this network incident. At this stage we are unable to issue an ERT until our engineers have completed further diagnostics.
