Openreach-Openreach - NGA Network maintenance - FTTC & FTTP - Multiple locations :: CRQ000000090411
We have been informed by our supplier that they intend to carry out maintenance within their network. The purpose of this work is to carry out network development. During the maintenance window you may experience one period of outage to the maximum specified below. As this maintenance is not under the control of TalkTalk it may not be possible to reschedule it and we have provided all the information that we can.
Detailed Description of Request:
Planned Engineering Work - notification of service upgrade of Huawei Network Elements.
This is to advise all NGA1 & NGA2 customers that Openreach will be upgrading its network over a 4-day period; to commence on 27th Apr 2021. The upgrade will take place on a nightly basis between 01:30 and 06:00 hours and complete by 30th Apr 2021. The NGA services impacted will be FTTC & FTTP based circuits.
Upgrading Network Elements.
Loss of Service to End users for approx 30 minutes.
