    Summary
    Unable to access Opal call care, getting internal server error message, all users are impacted including our IVR team, we usually use Opal call care to amend call volumes between campaigns and put IVR messages on campaigns. We are unable to connect inbound services to numbers. This is affecting all numbers. We can still amend existing services but the issue is connecting new ones We are unable to connected service and will result in escalation/complaints from customers INC000100079474

    Technical / Suspected Root Cause Root cause has been attributed to the "Webstats server" failing connectivity. A restart of the server was completed at 10:10 restoring service.
