Technical / Suspected Root Cause It was reported that some consumer fault cases were being rejected to a DUNS ID could not be retrieved error. This was reported to Pega Ops and OSS Support teams for investigation. Their analysis found that all occurrences of the issue were generated between 08:40 and 09:45 on the 18th May and no further issues have been observed post this time. No action was taken to restore service. The Repair will now reprocess the 48 impacted cases and this incident will be closed. A problem record will be raised to track root cause investigations. Â
