Summary
We are investigating a disruption to service on Salesforce. Fault Description: We are unable to cancel FTTP orders on Salesforce, resulting in a cancelled order progressing through order mgmt and onto Openreach. We are currently working to identify the root cause and implement the appropriate resolution. Further information will be provided within the next update due time.

Latest Update Our engineers are presently liaising with 3rd party suppliers diagnosing the root cause of this system disruption. At this stage Incident Management are unable to issue an ERT until our engineers have completed their diagnostics.
