-Initial- We are investigating a disruption to service email on F2S mail accounts. Fault Description:Customers are unable to gain access. If access is obtained customers are unbale to send and receive through webmail or through 3rd party email client eg outlook We are currently working to identify the root cause and implement the appropriate resolution. -Incident Closure- Resolution Details:To restore service Core Ops dispatched an engineer to the Talk talk data Centre at Milton Keynes. Together with Network Systems Team they have resolved the fault Technical / Suspected Root Cause:CRQ000000094517 This incident will now be closed.
