We are investigating a disruption to service at Baldock  exchange

Fault Description: Virgin Media backhaul down between switch-smbc-1 and  npe001.lut

We are currently working to identify the root cause and implement the appropriate resolution.

-General Update- Virgin Media has advised that their engineers have detected a fibre break near to the BT exchange in Baldock, and that ERS teams have been called but we have no ETA currently Further information will be provided within the next update due time.

-General Update- Virgin Media have discovered Rodent damage on their 48 Fibre - A replacement fibre is being sourced and Fibre ERS repair engineer has been dispatched. Once Fibre has been repaired/replaced, then BT Openreach will be required to attend to plug in their end. Virgin Media Fibre Engineer ETA 02:30hrs. They have asked that BT attend around 04:30hrs as works to repair/replace the fibre should have finished. Further information will be provided within the next update due time.
